My goal has been to market or license my pending patent, now public or published on the uspto.gov web page. Which tells me that "they" the USPTO.gov are finally realizing this is not a scam. This is a real engine used today on every flying aircraft, but re-engineered to reverse it's functions by using electric, magnetic and gyroscopic powers to cause movement in a controlled direction instead of just measuring a chance in directional movements for display on stabilizer and "GLS" indicators. My request for a signed disclosure document, (see attached as Notarize.doc) has proved to me by few engineers and scholars who have signed and notarized. But then after reading my documents, have highly recommended I go to all extremes and get this patented. Now, my last patent attorney who retired from the Patent office, is willing to follow through and help if my last repaired application still fails to meet strict USPTO.gov's standards on a payment plan. I believe some of the last invention marketing Corporations we trusted with patent-pending copies of this Skykraft, have pulled out either from my distrusting them after downloading uspto.gov complaints and demanding a return, or they are just not prepared to take on this gigantic endeavor as beyond their business procedures. Most I feel shy away from involvement after reading my requirements of them first completing a signed and notarized nondisclosure document. The only business or corporation who hasn't is the USPTO.gov itself because they're not required to do so if I want this Patented... So, here we are at this stage, with me now seeking (see enclosed ) WE ARE SERIOUS SEARCHING FOR INVESTORS, and/or PARTNERS, and/or ENGINEERS THAT WANT TO PARTICIPATE, has generated few responses from marketeers asking from $500 and $990, up to $2,995 to do as you may read below by "iBPlanning.com. ". At first, the offers came from off-shore which our own washington Mutual bank warned us against. Other US companies have lied to us offering straight revenue share percentages with "No" out of pocket expense from us, just to get a copy of this Engine theory, then lie and "BS" us into thinking we should trust them, as the Davison Design and Development, Inc. RIDC Park 595 Alpha Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15238-2911 , which has received the most USPTO.gov's complaints from other inventors. Thus, we repeated emails to them warning them they are recorded, and will sue them in Federal Courts for violations of "Copyright Laws and Patent-infrigment", if whenever... (See Below)
Therefore, with our present financial status very limited, today's sermon I felt was an answer to my question for direction in taking the next steps in positive procedures, trusting in our Saviour to to help me make this next decision.

I have been personally bombarded by endless advertisements attempting to sell me subscriptions to literature related to what we have already accomplished, and other costs to help me re-invent my wheel. Most investor ads are more sales ploys from people only interested in selling me their copy of a hub-cap for my wheel, None really offering to take part in manufacturing or funding for R&D or anything outside of their sales plans... Such as: "FREE Venture Capital offers, information and newsletter of the most updated news and articles of Venture Capital and Private Equity investments", it will cost you only... $20 to $100 a month... Now take that and multiply it by the dozens and see it cost up in the $Thousands$....
So, my bottom line still is of "mutual interests" for those limited few, but after we spent $1,000's of uspto.gov patent fees to acquire what we have now.
